Welcome to La Llariega de Argandona, thank you very much for choosing us. We are Ricardo and Cristina, and our passion is to travel. The treatment we have always received in our trips by the hosts is one of our greatest motivation to having undertaken this experience of hosting other people. Our purpose is that spend some pleasant days, we are open to help and show everything that our land (Asturias) is capable of offering to those who visit it. Welcome to Gijón!
A city where blue and green merge into a landscape of both urban contrasts as rural. The largest city in Asturias takes care of its natural environment and protects its heritage history and its traditions while growing as an avant-garde city.
Gijón is the crossroads of great travel routes. Beginning and end of the Silver Route and end
stage on the North Road to Santiago de Compostela.

La Llariega de Argandona is located in the Llano neighborhood (marked with a star in

2 - WHAT TO DO IN GIJÓN
GIJÓN CITY COUNCIL:

CIMADEVILLA NEIGHBORHOOD:

SHADOWS OF LIGHT MONUMENT:
It is located between stairs 18 and 19 of the promenade of San Lorenzo. Colloquially it is known as “Les Chapones”. If it's a good day, During the sunset, you can take spectacular photos.
ISABEL LA CATÓLICA PARK:
we could say that it is the lung of Gijón. Place to walk and take a break. 3 - GASTRONOMY
Asturian cuisine is based on a mixture of unique raw materials. On the one hand, the
mountain cuisine: mentioning the famous “Pitu caleya” (free-range chicken raised in
freedom), vegetables (Mentioning beans, star dish of Asturian cuisine) and
vegetables taken from the garden, cheeses... and on the other hand the cuisine of the sea, highlighting the “Pixín” (monkfish), hake, barnacles and oricios (sea urchins). All these ingredients, used in a traditional way, constitute a cuisine of quality and of course, very abundant.

EASTERN AREA BEACHES
