How to arrive
Instructions to arrive to the apartment: Address is C/ Argandona 32 Gijon.

In this image you can see both the location of the apartment and the location of the entrance of the Garage/Parking
To access the apartment, you just need to ring the bell on the 2 floor D/Right at the building door, the building door will open automatically.

Once inside the building and on the second floor, you will see at the door the code locker, insert the combination 1021, and you will get the apartment keys.
Once inside the apartment you can grab the key and the remote for the garage if needed.
PS: Remote can be different model.
Here is the link with the location of the entrance of the garage which is 2 streets ahead from the apartment.
To open the gate, press the left button on the remote, if active you will see yellow light warning the gate is opening.
Is also possible to open the gate with the key.
The key also opens the door on the gate to get the car back.
Once inside the parking, the place is number 22, at front end on the right.
To exit the garage on foot you can use the same way you used with the car, the gate has a door for walking entrance.
Do not forget the key and the remote inside the car so you can enter again inside the garage.
About the Apartment:
We are located in a residential community, although this is a vacation destination, it is the home of many people. As such, we ask that you respect your privacy and your right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between 22:00 and 8:00, noise must be kept to a minimum. Parties or events are not permitted. Entry time is from 3pm, still we intend to have the apartment ready before that time. Departure time is 12:00 we love animals, but we choose to do so because they are apartments are free of pets due to many people being allergic. We understand that accidents sometimes occur. If something breaks, let us know, if is something small, generally we will not charge. If it's a bigger problem (for example, the display television) we would like to agree on the repair with you before checkout to avoid further problems. Thanks!
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the apartment or areas communities.

Checkout:
Before your departure, make sure you know the following:
Leave the beds without making, it is not necessary to arrange the beds.
Place used towels in the bathroom.
Wash plates and store them.
Make sure the entire trash is in the container.
Make sure you have all your belongings.
Simply leave the apartment as you found it, exception of the bed.
Close the door with garage key inside the apartment where you found it, the apartment keys place them again in the code locker on the door on the outside.
